AUCTION CLOSE

  • Friday, January 24th (Starting at 7:00PM)

  • This is an extended bidding auction. One lot will close every 120 seconds. If a bid is placed in the final seconds of a closing lot, the ending time of the lot will be extended by 45 seconds to give other bidders a chance to compete.

PICK UP INFORMATION

  • Sunday, January 26th (9:00am-3:00pm)

  • Auction Location: 201 S 6th St. Brainerd, MN 56401 (Design Consign)

  • All items must be picked up on this date if shipping is not utilized.

SHIPPING

  • Shipping Eligibility: Shipping is offered on orders exceeding $250.

  • Payment Deadline: All auction invoices must be paid in full by Sunday, January 26th at 3:00 PM.

  • Shipping Invoice: A separate shipping invoice will be emailed once your shipment is ready, typically within 7-10 days.

  • Motor Shipping Cost: Buyers will be charged $40, plus actual shipping costs for each motor.

  • Shipping Method: The most affordable shipping option will be used, including LTL third-party freight shipping.

  • Shipping Damage Liability: Estate Online Auctions is not responsible for any damage caused during shipping.

  • Boat Shipping: Shipping is not available for boats unless the buyer facilitates shipping within 7 days of the auction close.

 

BUYERS PREMIUM AND FEES

  • 10% buyer’s premium is added to all winning bids.

  • 3% processing fee is added to all card transactions. 

  • This is a Minnesota estate auction, no sales tax required.

Please note: Unregistered credit/debit cards will not be accepted onsite.

 

UNCLAIMED ITEMS

Winning bidders who fail to remove their items during designated removal times will be subject to the following:

  • Full Invoice Charge: The full amount of the invoice will be charged to the winning bidder's account.

  • Item Forfeiture: Unclaimed items will be forfeited and may be donated to a non-profit charity or offered in a future auction at the auctioneer's discretion.

New bidders, to verify your identity, a temporary $1 authorization will be placed on your registered credit card. This authorization will be refunded shortly after.
