AUCTION CLOSE
This auction will begin to close Friday, November 22nd @ 6:00pm
This is an extended bidding auction. Three lots will close every 45 seconds. If a bid is placed in the final minutes of a closing lot, the ending time of the lot will be extended by 30 seconds to give other bidders a chance to compete.
PICK UP INFORMATION

All items must be picked up on this date only.
Winning bidders are responsible for the removal, loading and transportation of all their items.
BUYER’S PREMIUM AND FEES
10% buyer’s premium is added to all winning bids.
3% processing fee is added to all card transactions.
This is a Minnesota estate auction, no sales tax required.

Onsite Payments:
We accept the following payment methods onsite:
- Cash
- Personal/Business Check (For purchases up to $500 with valid photo ID)

Please note: Unregistered credit/debit cards will not be accepted onsite.
UNCLAIMED ITEMS
Winning bidders who fail to remove their items during designated removal times will be subject to the following:
- Full Invoice Charge: The full amount of the invoice will be charged to the winning bidder's account.
- Item Forfeiture: Unclaimed items will be forfeited and may be donated to a non-profit charity or offered in a future auction at the auctioneer's discretion.
New bidders, to verify your identity, a temporary $1 authorization will be placed on your registered credit card. This authorization will be refunded shortly after.
