By placing a bid, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

CLOSE OF AUCTION

This auction will end at 6:00 pm on Saturday, May 4th, 2024.

This is an extended bidding auction. If a bid is placed within the final few minutes of the auction, the ending time will be extended to give other bidders a chance to compete.

 

BUYER’S PREMIUM AND FEE'S

10% buyer’s premium is added to all winning bids.

3% processing fee is added to all card transactions. 

All payments are processed securely via credit or debit card.

This is a Minnesota estate auction, no sales tax required.

 

PICK UP INFORMATION

Location: 201 S. 6th St. Brainerd, MN. (Design Consign)

Monday, May 6th, 2024 - 10:00AM to 4:00PM

All items must be picked up on this date only.

Not all items qualify for shipping. Check the details for each item before bidding.

Winning bidders are responsible for the removal and transportation of all their items.

Unclaimed Items: Winning bidders who fail to pick up their items during the designated time will forfeit all items. In such cases, refunds will not be issued. Exceptions will only be made if alternative arrangements are made prior to the pick up date.

 

PAYMENT TERMS

After the auction closes, winning bidders will receive an invoice within 24 hours via email.

After the invoice is delivered, you will have 24 hours to securely settle your invoice using your preferred credit or debit card.

Please note: Your registered card will be automatically charged for any unpaid invoices after the 24-hour payment window.

If payment is not successful, an EOA representative will contact the winning bidder and require immediate payment.

No items will be released until the entire invoice is paid in full.

New bidders, to verify your identity, a temporary $1 authorization will be placed on your registered credit card. This authorization will be refunded shortly after.
